Thassos Building project with EU subsidy.

We are very happy to present an amazing and unique project of 5 houses on the island of Thassos in Northern Greece.  This amazing project is located immediately above La Scala Beach – one of the best and most high profile beach clubs on the island.  The project consists of 5 luxury houses set over three floors just a few minutes drive from the main town of Leminos, easily accessible from the port towns of Keramoti and Kavala.

The project is ready to start construction immediately.  All planning permissions are in place.

The EU will provide a grant in the sum of €200,000 towards the cost of construction.  This application will be contractual, as part of the sale.
