In the opinion of this agency, this property is the BEST available property in Prespa, one of the most sought after complexes in Bansko. It’s sought after because the management company is very reliable and the fees are very, very reasonable. It’s also in a great, peaceful location, yet very close to the lift. Apart from that the build quality is excellent. It is a complex which is well inhabited throughout the year.
The apartment is a penthouse, located on the 5th floor of 5 – no people above you screeching chairs…! There are stairs and a lift to the apartment. The front door opens onto a lobby with plenty of room for coats and skis etc., and there is a door off to the right which opens into the guest bathroom, containing a low-level WC, wall-mounted sink with LED mirror over, accent lighting, washing machine and dryer, attractive shelves and of course, a shower cabin! This bathroom has been styled with wood and tile and is very different indeed from the typical Bansko bathroom. There are wood accents and the floor is terracotta. Again the current owners have gone to great lengths in designing and styling a really beautiful room. This room is a double room and would easily accommodate a double bed. There is also an access to the glorious South Facing balcony from this room.
And now to the main open plan living space…the floor is laid to terracotta ceramics and over all, the proportions of this room are excellent, as the pictures indicate. As well as a very well equipped and spacious kitchen area, there is a handcrafted, solid wood, raised, integrated dining table for four, with four raised chairs. This was custom made for the apartment. The kitchen itself has a quad electric hob with a designer Bosch extraction hood over and an integrated convection oven, a Hotpoint Dishwasher, a large sink with drainer and an abundance of storage. The units are finished in a dark oak/rosewood effect and there is a utensil rail around most of the perimeter of the kitchen. Accent LED lights have been fitted to the underside of the kitchen cabinets.
The living area itself comprises a stylish triple and double sofa-bed set around a very stylish coffee table. The room is bright and sunny and has spectacular southerly views to the Pirin and the ski zone. There is a generous fireplace and there is access to the balcony.
To access the upper level of the apartment, there is a timber stairwell (almost a circular stairs) which can be seen in the pictures, which provides a storage opportunity.
The upper floor has a very nice and spacious landing with windows for natural light and the main bathroom off, comprising a shower cabin, sink, WC, LED mirror and towel rail. At the Western end of the landing, you will find the second bedroom which has been beautifully and stylishly decorated. There is a double bed and wardrobe and natural light is received through three elevated windows.
At the Eastern end of the landing, you will find the Master bedroom, which has been very tastefully decorated and also comprises a double bed and a fabulous, integrated book and display case.
