This apartment occupies the Southeastern most corner of the complex and backs directly on to the 11th hole of the exclusive Pirin Golf and Country Club. The aspect is South and there is very generously proportioned terrace which is not overlooked. Beyond the terrace, there is a hedge line separating the golf course from the complex, and during the Summer months, this provides the perfect privacy screen. The mountain views from the apartment and terrace are exceptional. There are gardens beyond the terrace, which wraparound the apartment to the South and East which are laid to lawn with planted borders, all maintained by the complex staff and this area, due to the position of the apartment, feels almost like a private garden area despite being part of the complex as a whole.
But the real specialness of this apartment is the work that has been done on the inside. This owner has really gone to town. There is a very large, wide-angle, smart TV affixed to the wall by way of an angle-adjustable bracket, opposite the seating area, which means it can also be viewed from the breakfast bar. There is a very large mirror on the opposite wall. There is a an access to the terrace. A small hall leads to the bedroom and bathroom.
The bedroom has a very stylish, brand new, mirrored, quadruple wardrobe with a mixture of hanging and shelved storage. The bed (which is also brand new) has a leather headboard and comes with a bedding which follows the theme of the apartment. There are 2 bedside tables with designer bedside lamps. There is a a dressing table at the foot of the bed underneath a large mirror. This room can be blacked out due to the combination of the venetian blinds and the thick curtains. There is an additional access to the terrace from this bedroom.
The bathroom contains a bath with integrated shower, heated towel rail, pedestal WC, Vanity mirror and large sink unit. It is tiled throughout.

Terra complex overlooks the Ian Woosnam designed, 18-hole Championship golf course. The area is still developing and plans have recently been announced for a “Scenic Road” to connect the golf area directly to the ski area dramatically reducing transfer time.
